Thousands of individuals are given the opportunity to designate us as the beneficiary of their payroll deduction contributions at their place of employment. This option is offered to Federal, State and Municipal employees and to many employees in the private sector as well.
Federal employees will find Susan G. Komen for the Cure® listed as an option in the Combined Federal Campaign (CFC). Please locate Komen in the Alpha index or the federation index. Our CFC number is 74621.

Combined Health Charities(CHC)
Community Health Charities (CHC) of Kansas and Missouri raises funds on behalf of its member charities for medical research, public education and patient support services through workplace payroll deduction campaigns. Employee donations are used to support these member charities and provide research, patient services and outreach in local communities. Employees designate the charity or charities where they want their donations to go, and that’s where they go.
