The 2013 Susan G. Komen Kansas City Race for the Cure is a USATF Certified (5K race course). The certification number is MO09043BG. It is sanctioned by the Mid-American Running Association.
As a registered chip-timed runner you will recieve a blue Race bib with your timing chip built in. There is nothing to remove or attach other than wearing your Race bib. Your time will start as you cross the Start line and will stop when you cross the Finish line.

Two Separate Start Lines:
This will lessen congestion and allow for timed runners and walkers to have a safe and stress-free start! Please line-up by your pace. (The 5K start is located on Grand Ave and OK Street)
