Small Grants Program

Susan G. Komen for the Cure Greater Kansas City serves 17 counties and offers small grants to non-profit (federally tax-exempt) organizations.  the purpose of the Small Grant program is to allow funding for short-term projects, travel and miscellaneous items throughout the year that promote the mission of Susan G. Komen for th Cure Great Kansas City and increase the capacity of effective breast health and breast cancer screening programs.

Small grant request can be submitted using the Small Grant Application form and are accepted throughout the year.  If applying for a conference or travel grant, applications must be received 60 days or more before the date of the conference. Applicants will receive written confirmation of receipt and will be notified within 90 days of their request for funding unless notified otherwise.
